Purpose: The purpose of this applied research is to study the effectiveness of gamification on corporate training.  Methodology: A gamified course was designed and implemented to train the location of Fire Hosing Cabinet for 24 employees of a firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental research plan (post-test only control group design) the participants of the study were randomly assigned to treatment (12) and control (12) groups and trained for a week.  Conclusion: The descriptive and interpretive result of the posttest analyses indicated the effectiveness of gamification of the training performed for the employees of the firefighting maintenance company in Iran Mall shopping Center in Tehran. Moreover, the descriptive result of Gamification Acceptance Questionnaire answered by the members of the experimental group after gamified training indicated that all the participants in the experimental group were satisfied with the gamified training course.

The importance of female heads of households in providing the basic needs of household members on the one hand and the limitations they face in most socio-economic fields have made it necessary to pay attention to the issues of female heads of households in most societies including our country. The purpose of this study is to use the systematic review method to review and evaluate the policy proposals that have been proposed in Iran for women heads of households. A total of 296 articles and 5 reports were identified. In the review and eligibility phase, the total number of selected texts was considered to be 79 texts, of which 62 studies used the quantitative method and 17 studies used the qualitative method. Based on the studies that proposed policy proposals, the characteristics of female heads of the household, the axes of vulnerability, the evaluation of policies and proposals were determined. The findings showed that more policy proposals were made based on the characteristics of low literacy, being unemployed, and being middle-aged. Based on the axes of vulnerability, women heads of households are more vulnerable psychologically and socially than they are materially vulnerable in many cases. The evaluation of policies for women heads of households showed that the most interventions for the empowerment of women heads of households were focused on the economic field and were mainly pursued in the form of financial payments and did not pay enough attention to other aspects of women's empowerment, while the empowerment of women heads of households was successful when It is expected to simultaneously pay attention to their mental health and improve their social and economic status.

Regional technology and innovation development is one of the key factors in regional development in countries worldwide. Moreover, the increasing attention of policymakers to the topics related to regional innovation development, technology and innovation development in provinces increases the necessity of understanding different aspects of this concept and its conceptual framework so that policy actors are able to analyze and give policy advice. In line with the third generation of regional innovation policies and the theoretical foundations of the regional innovation system, in the EU, strategies such as the Regional Technology Program (later known as the Regional Innovation Strategy), "Regional Technology and Innovation Transfer Strategies and Infrastructures", "Technology Transfer Project" and "Research and Technology development policy" were applied. Research and Innovation Strategies for Smart Specialisations (RIS3) is the last version of regional innovation strategies presented by EU. This strategy is considered as an integrated and place-based agendas leading to economic transformation by making research and innovation more consistent with local strengths and competitive advantages. In this paper, while trying to conceptualize this strategy, the policy context as well as its dimensions and stages will be outlined.

While early mention of differences between men and women existed in geographies of individual communities, an explicit focus on gender developed from the 1970 as feminist scholarship and activism coincided to highlight gender difference and inequality. Since then, a wide number of theoretical currents have stimulated a range of studies and academic thought. During the late 1980 and early 1990 gender studies in rural geogmphy began to make up ground. Thus, gender analyses of rural societies have an increasingly flourishing existence in rural studies. Moreover, common policy initiatives that actively promote greater interaction between the state, local governments and civil society are an increasingly important component in the politics of poverty reduction and the promotion of better livelihood for poor people. In this way, to address local inequalities, and to strengthen rural economies, local societies and local public services, a new common space is needed, that could be ideally designed to incorporate ordinary people into the planning, implementation, administration, management and supervision of public activities. The objective of this paper is to integrate gender, common policy and rural development in an applied approach to the analysis of rural communities.

Land constitutes the most fundamental pillar of urban development, a factor which is limited and scarce in cities, specially in metropolitan cities. Therefore, it is necessary to make the wisest use of it, hence land policy. Basically land policy, implemented by the government, concerns manners of controlling land, land planning, manner of land ownership, land price and the uses of land, specially within the framework of development. Each country pursues its own land policies. One such policy is to establish a land bank, a basic goal of which is to legally control supply and demand and, consequently, the price of land and the organized development of geographical districts and cities by controlling the use of land. The major purpose of this article is to study the role of land policy and land bank as an instrument of this policy in appropriate civil development.

Identifying the prevailing social order is the basic core of the long-term policy-making process on development in developing countries so that long-term policies could be designed based on the gradual changing of the social order. Evaluating the success rate of the policies is based on considerations of political economy. While latent social conflicts in policies are considered, losers and winners of policy-makings are identified and compensatory mechanisms for losers are designed in overall context of gradual improvement of social order. Then, methods of organizing policies are considered on the basis of proximate causes (i.e., physical and human investing and technology) and fundamental causes (i.e., institutions, culture and geography) of development. Designing a consistent policy package based on the approach leads to a double balance of economic and political systems and to balanced development and avoids involving in the low-level equilibrium trap and its consequences (including riot, coup and revolution). The article shows that Iranian experiences on development are consistent with this approach.
